You can take advantage of our “Pre-Arrival Shopping List” opportunity and request essential items and you will find your order in the villa at your arrival day. This will enable you to enjoy your first day without worrying about shopping or dinner reservations!

Meet & Greet service
Finally! The so longed day has arrived. You’ve just landed in Crete and heading to your dream Villa Rental! It’s time to relax, swim, dine, shop, explore. At your arrival, your host will be waiting for you, in order to welcome you, show you around and give you all the relevant information about the villa and the local area. A representative of Think Villa may also stop by the Villa after a few days to check on you and offer a small gift! :-)

Welcome Basket
Welcome to your Villa! Please do not hesitate to help yourself to some complimentary drinks and snacks, provided curtesy of the owner, which typically contain a bottle of local wine, fruit, traditional cretan treats, sweets and some essentials for the first days of your stay!
Upon arrival

Housekeeping
Quality housekeeping services of the highest standards are provided to all our Villas. We will make sure that the Villa will be in immaculate condition at your arrival and for stays of 7 nights housekeeping is provided once during your stay. For longer-stay reservations, this service is provided every 3-4 days. The final cleaning of the Villa after your departure, is also included in the accommodation cost.

Towel & linen change
Bathroom towels, bed linen and covers are provided at your Villa! When you've had a trying day exploring bits and squares, there's nothing quite so restorative as slipping into a freshly made bed. Sinking into crisp sheets and soft pillows soothes the spirit and encourages a restful night's sleep. Sparkling clean and fluffed-up towels are also a small luxury you should treat yourselves to, during your holiday! For stays of 7 nights bed linen and towel change is provided once during your stay. For longer-stay reservations, this service is provided every 3-4 days. Pool towels are also provided in your Villa for your outmost comfort and convenience! Please feel free to take these towels to the beach as well, if you wish.

Proper pool maintenance is really important and can do more than just prolong your fun in the sun and that’s why we keep your pool's water sparkling clean, always inviting, refreshing and ready for use every day. Enjoy the revitalising feeling of your private pool with your loved ones and leave the rest to us!

Garden maintenance
Groundskeeping is really important for us, as having a healthy, clean and attractive terrace and surrounding area will give you the best possible finish after a long day. Furthermore, freshly cut and well maintained lawn covered areas are ideal for your kids to play and a well kept garden is unique for relaxation moments!

Baby equipment
We can also assist you in getting items for your toddler while you are on vacation. Items include but are not limited to: Baby cot, high chair (available in all Villas), Baby bath, Booster seat, Stroller, stair gates, pool fence, stove safety guards, plastic dinnerware, baby intercom monitor, children’s toys and books (available in some Villas upon arrangement and availability).

What’s the toughest decision you need to make? It’s which fabulous restaurant to dine at each evening. Should you make it an early evening or dance on the tabletops into the wee hours? How to choose? Not to worry, we know the restaurants intimately and dine there often. Our team is ready to guide you to the best spot depending on your desires and cravings and, of course, they will make each and every reservation for you.
